Tohatoha ā-Tau | Annual Distribution

Trustees of Rotoaira Forest Trust consider an annual distribution to owners at the beginning of each year after detailed review of the Trust's income and expenditure.

Any confirmed allocation is distributed through a calculated formula, based on the area of blocks and shares of each.

Manaaki Marae | Support

The Trust provides an annual grant to each of its associated marae, to assist with the ongoing maintenance and operational needs.

  • Ngāti Turumakina: Waihi

  • Ngāti Parekaawa: Poukura

  • Ngāti Waewae: Te Tikanga

Kaumātua Pūtea Oranga | Wellbeing

The purpose of Kaumātua Pūtea Oranga, is to promote and support the health and wellbeing of Rotoaira Forest Trust beneficial owners, aged 65 years and over.

The grant is available via application once per financial year, with the approved amount dependent on the number of eligible applications received.
